I've ported my Perth Trains app over to Sailfish OS.

This application provides a simple interface to check the 'live' departure times of train services across the metropolitan area of Perth, Western Australia.

If you feel like it, you can make a donation from my website (https://www.mattaustin.com.au/donate/). Thanks!

Note: Requires Sailfish OS 1.0.4.20 or higher.

You can download from the Jolla Store, or from OpenRepos.

Download Perth Trains 0.9.6.1 for Sailfish OS at OpenRepos. (https://openrepos.net/content/mattaustin/perth-trains-0)

Any feedback is most welcome. The project homepage is at:

The application uses Python/Qt (PyOtherSide/QML).

Dammit. Another reason for Melburnians to be jealous of Perth PT.

I've just uploaded 0.8 to OpenRepos.net. This version includes:

Departure information for the currently selected station on the cover page.
Caching of stations to improve initial load time.
'Starring' of your favourite stations to promote them to the top of the list for easy access.

Just released a small bugfix update v0.8.1.

The initial station loading now works without having to reload the app.
Pinning your favourite stations is now completed via long-press on the station list, rather than pulley menu.
The cover page shows cancelled departures using strikeout. Stations with no departures show the station name rather than a blank cover.

I will probably never use this but its GREAT to see apps so quickly brought out/ported to Jolla. Even better that this is an Aussie app! Great work!!

This just makes me want a Jolla more!

Version 0.9.4 is now available for Sailfish OS on OpenRepos.net (https://openrepos.net/content/mattaustin/perth-trains-0).

This version is a fix for compatibility with the new Transperth website, which is required when populating station data (on first run, or when manually clearing and reloading).
