Based on DipTOH. Three buttons, you decide whatever you want them to do!

Polling for the demand.

I like the idea of ShortcutTOH, but I can't confirm yet I would buy one.
I'd want one, but would I need one? hmm...

Would buy one. But would prefer one as an 'alternative keyboard' to TOHKBD...

I think you wouldn't gain much compared to a normal tohkbd, since the thickness would be about the same, and the tohkbd removable part will already allow running scripts using key combinations. This one seems to be more targeted at people who won't have the keyboard, or just want something simpler/thinner.

The "alternative keyboard" parts could of course be really awesome for some functions (fully removing a non-official OH is very inconvenient), but I think it wouldn't be very useful for shortcuts, since tohkbd will do that.

I take your point. I'm just thinking I'm going to have the TOH half of TOHKBD attached to my phone most of the time... being able to quickly switch to shortcut buttons that are accessible with one hand would seem useful.

But as I said, I'd buy it (for the right price) either way.

Interesting Other Half, dirkvl. For the BBOS7 devices like Bold 9900, there exist some apps like QuickLauncher/ShortCutMe which would allow the user to configure the volume buttons(when not playing media/or on a call) and the convenience button. For example, single click on volume up key will launch the default browser, double click on the same button will launch Opera and triple click can launch another and so on .Numerious combinations ... I found these configured buttons very useful while I was using 9900 as my daily driver.

In the same way , if user can configure the buttons in the other half it would be very interesting. I will definitely buy one.
