I picked up my iPod touch this morning. If you have questions about the side-by-side I'm going to do with the N800, post them in the comments here (http://tabletblog.com/2007/09/later-this-week-n800-vs-ipod-touch.html) or in this thread.
Jailbreak it yet? You KNOW you want to. ;)

Has it got a bluetooth radio/chip.... internal photos and a parts run-down required! :)
EDIT: To save you from tearing apart your own Touch, someone has already posted tear down pictures (http://www.appleinsider.com/articles/07/09/15/ipod_touch_tear_down_with_high_quality_internal_ph otos.html). :) No mention of a Bluetooth chip :(
Does it have to be "activated" by iTunes for it to be useful for anything?
Can you download music directly from anywhere other than iTWMS?
Can you stream music?
Does apple's dithering really make up for having 40% of the pixels?
Is it comfortable to surf on? (The iPhone screen strained my eyes. I didn't consider it comfortable compared to the n800.)
How does the youtube widget compare to UKTUBE? performance, quality, variety
(When I tested an iPhone in the store it had few of your videos. That was maybe June 30. Yesterday there were more, but I still don't think all of youtube has been converted to h264. I don't consider the n800's flash player performance acceptable for youtube.)
While we are waiting on Thoughtfix's review there is an iPhone/iPodTouch conparison on Ars which briefly makes comparison with the N800 on web browsing - including pictures
