You can try to play with the source folder's order to get a better result. BTW...

Did you edit bsb2tiles.bat, so the lines there look like this?
set PYTHON=<python location>
set GDAL=<gdal location>

If so, you can check if it works
cd /d <drive>:\<source directory>...
