[Help] Vibrator not working

My vibrator is enabled in the profiles but when it doesnt work when a call is coming. It works when I start the phone and also works if I try to check it through the application "Health Check"....

Actually, it was a simple blunder.. After installation of flasher, I right clicked from Start Menu the Flasher command and selected OPEN FOLDER. I paste the bin file in this folder.. It was not...
