well, it's going to suck for you more, because the Care Centres are being made useless by the new courier service nokia uses, meaning EVERYTHING will be done over the phone.

As a final Update, Nokia has granted me special privileges, and have decided to give me a replacement phone after all.

meaning my intial repair request was approved, the device evaluated, deemed irrepairable, and job completed with no repair performed.

according to the warranty terms, they have done everything...

My case manager was unaware of the acknowledged design fault, I actually had to email him links(including the ones in this forum) so that he could use that information as a mitigating factor in...
