the step:
- if already in kernel v44.
- Make sure you reset /etc/pmconfig to the defaults freq
sr_vdd1_autocomp 0
sr_vdd2_autocomp 0...

just finish update kernel from 44 to 45 using app manager update.
u boot= fine
audio= fine
camera= fine
oc= fine, permanen @1Ghz...

last day i got this to.. try Fix the Micro SD.

in Windows OS:
Properties - Tool - Error Checking - Mark the "Automatically Fix File System Error*.
