I always forget to implement that, to autodetect SIM changes and then ask your for a new registration.

In the mean time type in terminal:

rm /home/user/.config/scorpius/yappari.conf

And...

You didn't run Yappari as root did you?

try this:

chown -R user:users /home/user/.yappari


And try changing your picture again.
