The default newsfeeds XML file is stored internally, in a Qt Resource file. If you create your own newsfeeds file, you can put it anywhere you want; then, go to the menu and select "Load Newsfeeds...

why everyone is having issues with it . I had this update two weeks ago and nothing changed and everything is still working ( qneptunea twitter issue and for tweetian remove it and download again...

With what? For rar it's "unrar x filename.rar", and for zip it's "unzip filename.zip". I think it's "7z x filename" for 7zip, but I don't use that one much so I don't know. You can always use...
