There's an extra General settings dialog to change these options.

Press near the top of the screen and the top bar comes down. Press "camera" and there's the button.

to all member who already on CSSU below v14.1 and thinking of updating to the latest without any problem just use x-term and type....

apt-get update
apt-get upgrade

this method is much better...

That's because you're now using the code to read the setting, rather than write it.
