That looks like an out of focus picture. It could be that your camera suffers from a back or front focus problem. But, I wouldn't jump to that conclusion only from looking at a picture like this...

Yup, I had an N810 that I bought in the US a few years ago, had an issue with the screen some year ago, and a Carphone Warehouse shop gave me the details of Nokia Support that I had to contact....
