it's the qt settings. this question has been answered several times, and the last was a few pages earlier. go back a few pages to find a better solution from Sakaya, or you have to change the region...

You can use Xterminal to copy files or you can use SSH ;)

packaging this is out of my knowledge area. Sorry..You just have to do is copy the kishanw2 folder and kishanw2.ini file to,
/opt/qtlockscreen/

After that qtLockscreen configuration manager...

mostafa you should be installing this http://http://talk.maemo.org/showthread.php?t=75150 and then you should be replacing ini file and should put the pngs into their place through filebox.It should...
