Well you use the flasher to load RescueOS in RAM, you don't actually flash anything ;)

I would say go for the virtual SDK image, its pre-made and ready for direct usage however I can't...

Install the libmissioncontrol-utils package then in an unprivileged shell type:
mc-tool list
Identify the ghost FB account then remove it using:
mc-tool remove <account>
