I had same issue. I removed some temporary files under /home/nemo/.local/share/harbour-cutespotify and it started to work again. I don't remember which files those where but I think you can delete...

Good news is, I'm using test version of 0.0.6 and after some bugs I found are fixed it will go into QA.
This is not an abandoned project but most optimal Twitter client on N9 IMHO.
