I know theres a nokia app on the store now for panorama on the N9 but the simplified method of just panning the phone around beats trying to line up images and take additional pictures.

4) ChomeSMS or BiteSMS - iOS and Android
There is web2sms but I have had limited luck with this application when using tokens from Bite.

5) Pulse newsreader - Android, iOS
Hands down fantastic RSS reader

6) Angry Birds Space - iOS and Android
Why not, its fun...

7) Fring or Nimbuzz - Symbian, iOS, Android

** Remote Deposit and push notification on account.
Ease of depositing a check by taking a picture when you live 60 miles away from closest banking location and when you cant change your banks for other reasons.

1) Good music player with convenient album list feat. big enough buttons and at least simplified bass and treble control.

2) Some decent DLNA client at least for music.

3) Games: Galaxy on Fire 2 Add-ons

4) Fake SMS creator.

AnyStop - Android and iOS

Simple realtime transit arrival time prediction service applications. HTML5 works on the n9 browser for nextbus.com but its not as simplified or as fast to navigate in as the apps.

I agree on this one, especially given that there seemed to be some development demonstrated in 2010 on an N900...

Also:
Remote Desktop RDP
Touch friendly remote desktop application. I think there was an rdesktop app for N900 but I don't think this is available in the Nokia store, and it wasn't particularly optimised for touch.

Furthermore:
Korg iElectribe, Yamaha Tenori-On (TNR-i), Native Instruments iMaschine, etc.
'Mainstream' music production 'toys'. Touch friendly, entertaining for short periods of time.

I realise the RDP and music production apps are unlikely. However, Shazam should be possible. :)
