Soundwave is SoundHound. Same servers for voice and singing recognition.
I'm not even aware if Shazam has singing support.
This package probably doesn't work because Aegis blovls access to microphone and network connection. Proper manifest could fix this.

Hmmm but one major difference is shazam recognizes bollywood songs but soundhound doesn't! !! :(

this is the same shazam developed for N900 and shown in QT nokia videos , but for one reason or another it was never released/finished . It's maybe from the beta harmattan firmware .
