Yeah, that is why I said "acting like"... And this leaves quite a bad taste in my mouth...

But, to be optimistic my question is: theoretically is this mean that every Android device would be able to do such a thing...? (I'm aware of the 'DEX' in the video but I do not think that the Dex is responsible for this, or is it...?)

Theoretically yes, it should be (it probably may require root).
