Done.
If all TMO members, who are harassed by these spammers, are reporting these abusers, the spammers will get their reward for spamming.
If Google asks, the moderators should keep some proof.

No, it's just that some random guy decided, that PM'ing someone - who as currently logged in - about random problem, is good idea. Shameless, useless, and in bad taste, but not spam ;)
