I updated today to version 1.3.1-5 via App Manager. Works greatly.

New upstream version 1.4.1. patched and optified for maemo.
Please try and when it is working I will uploading it to extras. There are libtgl changes which hopefully lead to less crashes and maybe it is possible to send photos. I needed to tweak glib commands again, no glib expert here so cross your fingers. |

I just couldn't figure out how to make it usable with N900. It loads so long even I tried to change it load only for last fee day's history and couldn't manage to prevent contacts appearing. Wanted to use it only with few friends. How does it work with others?

For me it works like a charm. Actually I have only two friends who use Telegram, but I use it with them. Haven't had those problems you described.

Will test too, although I stopped using Telegram with Pidgin a long time ago, and have been using Telegram-cli instead.
