Say it's like the Oscars. You're eligible for 2019 Academy Awards as long as you meet some (very) minimal theatrical release in the year. Nevermind that most people won't be able to see it for months later, an Oscar nomination will create buzz and demand for tickets. Likewise the Pro1 . . .

And besides, are all the other nominees widely available? Asking for real, because I can't seem to see the rest of the candidates. :confused:

You mean VoLTE on WiFi? That is dependent on your mobile operator, and they might limit to national IPs.

One can on the other hand use different apps and/or SIP operators.

Is the Sailfish port dual-bootable? Or is it a situation of "you can test SFOS but then the phone's only partly usable right now"?

No dual-boot, nor is it planned, but there is demand so we will see. However the Pro1 can be factory reset to Android, so the risk is limited. The SFOS port seems somewhat functionnal, based on the currently open issues on Github, though there are still limitations (the main one being the GPS, but the chip is detected and it's entirely possible that it works on retail devices; I should be able to test in two days).

Mosen and Fellfrosch have a retail version (maybe others?), and TheKit has a pre-prod unit. Mine is in transit, initially scheduled for delivery today, but UPS delayed it to Thursday; apparently it has been picked up but they "were unable to dispatch the trailer on time". https://reho.st/forum-images.hardwar...o/tinostar.gif
