From the main screen, open the menu (the down arrow in the top right corner)
Tap on features and then on the green download button next to Command to enable it.

You can now create a new situation which can be triggered by Accessory > Charger, and then run your custom command, and another for the headphones, by executing the other script when you remove the charge cable (selecting "At situation end").
