I too have a tracking number that was obviously for some other item not for me and delivered in September! Way to go Play.com :(

My tracking number is the same. Given that it is parcelforce, and past experience, I'd be more tempted to blame their tracking rather than play. Previously they only show an item as tracked about 2 days after it's been delivered, unlike most couriers where you can just about track the item in realtime through the deliver network.

Mind you at least Parcelfarce actually deliver reliably. I'd be really worried if my N800 was in the hands of citylink. they have never managed to deliver anything correctly first time for me. they once delivered a home cinema receiver to the same house number 3 streets away, and washed their hands of it. Myself and the supplier traced the item by deciphering the signature, and looking in the phone book for anybody with that name at the same house number. Citylink also once failed to deliver a parcel addressed c/o the A&E dept at the hospital where I work claiming that there was nobody in!

Good news!! My N800 arrived at exactly 1pm!! :D

Bad news!! Ive got to leave for work now, so there is no time to charge it and play about with it. Ive got to work till 11pm today, so this is going to be a long long shift. :(

That's good news - that it arrive that is.... too bad that you'll have to wait so long to play with it! Where abouts in UK do you live, if you don't mind sharing. :)

Just picked up my N800 for £145 from PCWorld, as they will Price Match Play.com and if the PCWorld price is more they will give you 110% of the difference off the price. I did check on the website and they said they have none, but phoned the Blackpool (3units, now less 1) and Preston (9 units) stores and they had them in stock.

hmm..the 10% off code seems to have expired now.

I have found a code for a mere £5 off though. Not great. Anyone know of a better one?

If not, is there somewhere in the UK that I can order from for a price better than £145 delivered?
