the Pidgin Installation is not running on my Nokia N800 :confused:

• Where can I find a working version ?????????

I still can't get pidgin to install

tried adding both the repositories suggested and still get that libgcrypt et al are missing.

any thoughts?

site seems to be working now, follow the instructions there, if it still don't work I dunno why as it did for me but I also upgraded, make sure you have ALL the repositories listed in Application Manager

i have Pidgin installed and it is very good and works with my ICQ and MSN Account

Now i will installed the Sametime Link

still getting nowhere with this.

added all the repositories (actually already had them so deleted and then re-added) and nothing.

Basically the install halts and demands that I have libgcrypt11 (>1.2.2) and libgnutls13 (>1.5.3-0).

Anyone able to point me to where I can get those files?

Anyone know about this issue?? I've same problem on....missing the "libmeanwhile1" file.

I've another issue for Facebook plug-in, its always crash my Pidgin.

I using Pidgin 2.4.3

Iv just upgraded to the latest os 2008, i cant seem get pidgin to work either. It says
" unable to download pidgin application package not found".

Is this because the site is down or am i having some other problem?
I really want that application back, its one i use quite alot.

Any ideas?

Get rid of the repository in this thread if you added it, and just enable Maemo Extras, and its there.
