Just installed, works. :)

It says it is the n810 version. Has anybody tried this with the new beta N800 OS2008?

From the official repo I guess. I refreshed my catalog and noticed that it was no longer 1kb.

Yup downloading right now on my N800 with OS2008Beta :D
Well we'll have our N810 discounted hopefully by Christmas, but in the mean time we have the official OS2008 for N800 and Skype.
Lots of news...

UPDATE: ARGH!!! it wants an N810!!! :/

Ma c'è davvero molta differenza tra uno e l'altro? (motivi "legali a parte")

Io ho la versione N810, stasera provo a installare.

Is there really a difference between the two, apart from legal reasons? I have the N810 version (really don't want to reflash another time, until all gets really official), tonight I'll try to install Skype and see if it works

The only visible differences (to me) are:

a) Skype won't install on it
b) It correctly reports the Internet Tablet OS and Version in the About / Informazioni dialog

A part from that.. looks better than the OS2008 from the N810 (sometimes it was.. hanging for a few seconds). Let's see.
