shu: I have the same problem on my N800, OS2007 same version as you. I guess the short term fix is to switch my 4gb class 4 Kington mini SD card to the external slot and put the nokia supplied one back in the internal (not really using it anyway). I'm hoping this is just a software issue that is resolved in OS2008...
