It needs a few different libraries, but even after installing them it wouldn't do more than spit out errors for me:
mediastreamer[3337]: GLIB WARNING ** default - Could not initialize osso context from mediastreamer

followed by lots of these:
mediastreamer[3337]: GLIB CRITICAL ** Gtk - gtk_widget_destroy: assertion `GTK_IS_WIDGET (widget)' failed
