Nokia Internet Software Update Wizard Problem !!

Hi. I am trying to install the Nokia Internet Tablet Software Update Wizard on my Windows XP SP2 so that I can Flash my software to the latest version. When Trying to install it, it gets about 75% done, and then it stops and the following error happens, Nokia Connectivity Cable Driver --- Another installation is in progress, You must complete that installation before continuing this one. Then it says I can retry or cancel.
I am not doing any other installation and I cant figure it out.
Anyone know of this problem and how to fix it ??

Wrong. If all else fails use a LiveCD of Ubuntu.
