djs_tx, i'm using a Nokia N70, which uses the new Nokia small connector(all new Nokia's are gonna be using that as far as i know), so i will keep my fingers crossed and plug it into my beloved ultra sexy super slick 770 tonigh.
wish me luck guys, i hope nothing goes wrong, speciall that Nokia Middle East never released the 770 over here for some strange reason, knowing that they are dominating the market in the mobile phone department. |
djs_tx, thanks, i took the chance, pluged my 770 to my local Nokia charger and it charged just fine. thanks for the help guys :)

There are 2GB RS-MMC cards on eBay, but I am suspicious: http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/2GB-RS-MMC-MEM...QQcmdZViewItem Why aren't these cards available on other websites? Is the 770 capable of handling 2GB RS-MMC cards? What's the theoretical maximum capacity that the 770 can handle? |

And according to Nokia, it's 1GB. And I believe that right now, no 2GB cards will work. See here Brad. |

i was wondering... if it is possible to use a regular mmc with this... It seems possible, I mean... it will stick out but it the file systems and stuff are the same. I think I found out how this will work though... The 770 will take the rs-mmc but won't read it until the plastic cover is actually locked and in place. I'm guessing that the plastic thing pushes a button in the inside of the 770 memory card reader that will read the file system... I will look on for more info on this... Help will be appreciated!~
