IDEA for OS2008?
 

Hi all...

I did some searching but couldn't find anything about it, but does anyone know if IDEA will be released for OS2008? I just upgraded from OS2007 and this is an app that I sorely miss already.

Closest thing i could find was simple launcher... does v similar job but hasn't got transparency sorted out for os2008 yet... which is surprisingly irritating!

I miss idea too. It was/is much more versatile than simple launcher.

I couldn't find out how to do a damn thing in IDEA. I haven't tried Simple Launcher in OS2008, though.

The current build of simple launcher will run on OS2008 if you grab it from the garage. It suffers from the same opaque background problem as simple launcher though.

pardon the correction , but i believe you meant idea will run.... one bug tho , it will not launch application manager at all. my solution was , i run idea for all my main programs , and have simple launcher for just app mgr , control panel and file manager
