Thank you for your kind words. I am glad to here that you find it easy to use and understand, since that has been one of the design goals. I hope you and all others realize that at the moment this is beta quality software . You should make frequent backups of the database file fuelpad.db. You can find it in the top level directory with tablet's built-in file manager, or as /home/user/MyDocs/fuelpad.db with X Terminal. At the moment the code does not handle notifications of turning the device off etc. and I haven't tested any other extreme conditions. That said, I haven't damaged the database even when I have forcibly killed fuelpad. |

1. Install gtkextra from https://garage.maemo.org/frs/?group_...elease_id=1389 2. Install fuelpad from https://garage.maemo.org/frs/?group_...elease_id=1382 No need for Red Pill Mode at any point. If you have installed the earlier package version, you don't have to upgrade. If you want to upgrade, you propably have to remove the earlier version (again, using the Red Pill Mode) before installing the new package version. The advantage of upgrading is that gtkextra can then be seen in the Application Manager's list of installed applications even in Blue Pill Mode. The new package can also be removed without using the Red Pill Mode. Julius |
