I know what the answer will be, but why don't some developers create an app that can do this feature.

From what I've heard in other messages, flash is not available for linux.
Also the quality of the N800's Webcam is not worth taking time to create an apps.

But if many us want this app in whatever quality the webcam gives us, so please create this apps for us.

Flash is available for linux. In fact, OS2008 has the flash player plugin installed with microb by default. On the desktop, iirc there are at least a couple flash plugin implementations for firefox in linux.
