Do you know where I can get an updated version of this lib?

Are those of you with this problem using the 'rotate' patch and status bar applet? I ask because I am and it seems to break the package 'osso-software-version', which holds back the libglade update described above...

hope this helps,

Re: [Announce] OS2008 Personal Menu

I got it installed after trying (after sudo gainroot)

apt-get install libglade2-0

which failed, then trying

apt-get -f install

which installed the newer libglade2-0, personal menu, and a newer software version (?)

Nice! I like having more than 2 columns. Thanks for this useful application.

osemutech's technique should work for anyone having this problem. I will try to produce a version that does not require this workaround tomorrow.

Re: [Announce] OS2008 Personal Menu

I solved it by going to the Gronmayer site and searching for libglade2. Then I installed (in Red Pill mode) something that warned me if I installed it I could screw up my system. Now the Personal Menu works with multiple columns.

libglade2-0, version 1:2.6.2indt1 is available if you check for updates in "red pill".
