It looks like Mozilla has made some significant speed increases in a newer version of microb. If you're an 810 user you can try it out

I just installed it on my n800. I just use the thumb board but i can imagine xkb working for this until the bug is fixed. I dont know. I just ramble on

I am using xkbd with it on my n800. It works just fine. I just launch the regular xkbd, highlight the address bar and hit enter and it brings up the hildon thumb keyboard.

Edit: no need for xkbd, just select the address bar and hit the thumb button.

Edit edit: nm, I just realized I was saying the exact same thin ^ was.

If anyone installed the other Minefield 1.9-1 - remove it and disable the repo, because it will be installed again - its version is bigger.

Just been using with my N800 over 3G and its running fine, just installing NoScript. One question though, where is the menu? Digging the iGO Keyboard out to see if it works better with that.

The exciting thing here isn't the half-baked alpha they've got now, but what this means for MicroB in Diablo. :D

Personally, I'll wait to be impressed until one of the 3rd party browsers actually manages to not be unusable.

Yeah, this alpha is not much usable, but it seems N8x0 will get Mozilla Mobile between the first :)
