My girlfriend said i was talking about / playing with my 'thingie' too much, so I've taken to just calling it a 'tablet'.

everyone calls mine either "the computer" or "your PDA".
had "your pocket PC" also a few times, although I explained that it was not the last 2 many times!

people are so stubborn...

My N810 is Nathan. "N8" is Nate, "10" is ten. Nate-ten sounds a lot like Nathan :)

My 2 year old has commandeered my wife's and calls it something like "Noknok". My wife and I call it just "my/your Nokia".
