True. I suspect that by "pre-WiMAX" Bell/Rogers means "Expedience", but that's conjecture on my part. I'd be happy to be proved wrong.

Part 4 of my WiMAX feature is now on my blog. It deals with VoIP call quality, and features 3 call recordings. Special thanks to qwavel for taking time out of his day to help out.
