I've been meaning to post on this subject for a couple weeks, now. Khertan has posted in the past that repeating events do not work (yet).
In fact now it should work.

which leads me to believe that the solution is to have a separate section of the code that parses for repeating events
This is worse than that ... google can return date time in many different format ...

as of this afternoon (running 2.7 on diablo n810) it did not work with my google calendar
the repeating event was created on googlecalendar and did not sync up to mcalendar

Re: mCalendar

I can confirm it does not (yet) work, in version 0.2.7 just installed from the repository.

I created a recurring event (payday!) starting tomorrow and repeating every other Friday, using Google Calendar. I then used the 'synchro' option in the menu in mCalendar, and after the progress bar finished, the following error message was displayed:

attribute 'hour' of 'datetime.datetime' objects is not writable

Me, too!

EDIT: Crud. I clicked to quote the wrong message. I meant that I was getting the same error as briand, not that I wanted your email address. Sorry!
