I'm also facing the problem with missing libpcre3 when trying to install gnumeric from diablo extras. Seems that libpcre3 only exists in extras-devel.

libpcre3 should be in extras soon

Thanks, i just checked the promotion interface and wondered why pcre3 was not listed there anymore. :)
Seems that i forgot to promote this package when i promoted Gnumeric and its dependencies to extras.
