gtalk (os 2006 beta) - so may bugs

there are so many bugs.

. sometimes or some account can not connect (can not pass athenticate)
. when connecting wlan or change presense of gtalk online state, 770 will reset (delete and change account may solve, but it may apear again)
. when received a call, 770 may reset
. when take a new call, it may always say "no answer" or other error
. contact application may generate may strange contact under gtalk group
. sometimes, internal mic is too sensitive. sometimes sensitivity is too low
. when gtalk is active and backlight is off, 770 may usually halt and can not come back again (sometimes, backlight will not light again). i have to pull out battery to restart the machine.

. (not a gtalk bug) fullscreen keyboard is too hard, we must press with much pressure (set pressure to lowest level). press characters near backspace will always triger backspace.

good news at least is : when it works, it works fine.

The only issue I've experienced is:
sometimes, internal mic is too sensitive. sometimes sensitivity is too low

It's a little wierd but I haven't noticed any other problems.

And reproducible test cases (or at least as much information as possible) have been entered in the new (or as notes to approriate existing ones) in Bugzilla?

Pertinent information, for example, would include whether or not you've got swap enabled (for the crashes/hangs), whether it continues if you recalibrate the screen (the finger keyboard) etc.

If you have, excellent - and although commenting here is good for other users and prompting discussion in the userbase, the only way they'll get fixed is if they're raised as bugs through the proper channels.

Cheers,

Andrew
