Can you identify this garden weed?
 

Anyone know the name of this weed in my garden? It's currently over 6 feet tall.

update2: Benson identifies it as Pokeweed. (with poisonous berries)

Looks like black nightshade, very poisonous.

Stupid me I see you are in NY. Regardless I'm sticking with my first impression even though it doesn't look the same as we have out west here...

Sort of looks like that but my leaves are all individual and oval shaped.
