I meant the bacon/tocino thing. I'm not exactly sure if its the same thing. the translation is, but i'm not sure its prepared the same.

take bacon, cover it with saran wrap (cling wrap) and flatten it with the flat face of a meat tenderizer. wrap once around an thawed or fresh sea scallop, over lapping slightly for holding with toothpick or skewer. grill on both sides until scallop is opaque and white all the way through. enjoy.
