"Rescuing update" is shown because of the apt-worker didn't finish its work. Not a big problem.

Yesterday I deleted the apm and installed the old version (0.3.6). No problem, python used 2-3 MB and 0% load and cpu, on-denand at 165MHz. I installed again the 0.4.0 and the problems shown again |

At some point, maybe on the next major release, it might be nice to make a new thread with title Advanced Power Monitor rather that Pybattery, as it took me a while to find this thread!
