Re: Pybattery - battery statusbar applet with candies
It's not a bug. He just charge battery externally cause broken usb port issue, and bq27200 module "think" battery is @ 0% all the time. Not related to pyBattery behavior.

Re: Pybattery - battery statusbar applet with candies
Sorry, buts "touching" news that you won't again buy any Nokia phone (which for *of course* everyone here care very much) is still not related to pyBattery. Neither is fact, that Your capacity reported by bq_27200 module is still 0 - this may be interesting thing to help You fix (seriously, this time - I posted reply for You in appropriate thread), but not here.
Please stop hijacking this productive thread. |
Re: Pybattery - battery statusbar applet with candies
On weekend I'm planning to release new versions of AP and APM to extras-devel. A lot of reworking and optimizing was done and new version will include 4 battery wrappers (standard BME, BME Alternative (dr_frost_dk algorythm), BQ27200 and BQ27200 Alternative (dr_frost_dk algorythm)).
A bit OT: IMO that alternative algorythm is still a thing to be worked on. |
Re: Pybattery - battery statusbar applet with candies
Thank You very much for including it!
Could You be more precise, what things need more love in alternate alghoritm? I would be very happy to look into it, I think dr_frost_dk will be also interested. |

Re: Pybattery - battery statusbar applet with candies
Hi 412b,
I just downloaded the newest versions of AP (the ones you've just built), but my N900 tells me that AP-common is not compatible... I have tried the older versions from the repo's, but they wont install either.. I am running Kernel Power 47 and CSSU 20.2010.36-2maemo15. Thanks! |
