It doesn't really matter...there will be plenty of exciting news from the other companies if Nokia decides it doesn't want to play yet:) I've been an early adopter of the tablets since the 770 and am excited to see what they're cooking but it's been more than a fat minute since the 800. There is some exciting linux-based stuff coming from HTC and Palm that I am just as excited to see.

What? Where? There's another ARM-based device that will be able to run OpenOffice without hacking the OS?

qole, I am disappointed... very disappointed...

The PANDORA!

But anyway, they do run Linux, but not "stock" Linux like Maemo.
Android and WebOS need people to make new apps, but Maemo's "stock" distribution is a blessing and a curse. More ports, but less optimization. I hope RX-51 will be better in this respect.

* Some assembly required. Pandora hardware not included. Electrical engineering degree sold separately. Must be 18 or older to order.

Does it come with its own box?

Now that's really not fair. The Pandora has been expressly developed to be as newbie-friendly as possible.

Yes, but you cannot open it.

...

Let it go, guys. Just about every box joke[*] has been thrown on the Panda forums.

____[*] And yes, that includes those box jokes.
