Vodafone in Portugal offer a free Netbook mini DELL Inspirion 9" with a 36 month contract of 25 euros per month for 1G traffic/month or 32 euros per month for 3G traffic during the day and unlimited during the night. Vodafone in France has a similar offer.

Other offers gives you a free USB dongle and cheaper contracts with shorter duration.
