[Canola] Theme Maker Site Problem
 

Having an issue with the thememaker site, it lets me upload and generate my theme and shows the preview fine but when I click to download it , the site is coming up with a 404 not found error. Any help guys?

Yes, it's true! It doesn't work (some days ago i saw error 404).
Now I'm trying to upload my theme, but when it shows the preview there isn't my theme (it shows another theme, not my theme!). Very strange!

Any help guys? Does anyone know if its posible is there a way to take the folder of .png's and place it on the tablet in the correct folder without using the thememaker site?

Hi munky,

About your question, Yes, it's possible. To accomplish that you must have a linux distro wth some of the e17 packages installed (See the instructions to build it at: http://profusion.mobi/setting-up-canola-2.0). After if you finish it, you may replace the images in the theme dir and run "utils/compile_themes", a little script that comes with the source code of Canola.

hmmm, if you dont have anything useful to contribute or dont like the question, then skip to the next thread. Mperes, I dont have a computer with linux, other than my N810 that is. Will the thememaker site be fixed?

sorry for the delay in responding..i just saw your post. I will fix this tomorrow when I get to work and also put a no-cache header on the preview page..sorry about this guys
