Yes and no. Yes, Nokia is still developing Maemo. No, the next release of Maemo will not be called OS2009, but Maemo 5.

I'm assuming you mean "Nokia or Maemo", which is, unfortunately, a rather nonsensical question as Maemo is Nokia.
