I've had chance to see the development of the N97. trying prototypes and the SW in various stages, and it has developed a lot. The UI is much better than with say the 5800, and so is the performance. The N97 as a piece of hardware is also quite nice... Although it certaily isn't a small device :)

Yes it has the ARM11 processor, but for the most parts it doesn't feel like a bottleneck anymore. So a cautious thumbs up from me, although the price will probably be an issue for some.
