Killing the N810 WiMAX is starting to look (a) really foolish or (b) like the result of pressure from a certain large LTE provider...

And which LTE would that be?

Verizon? What benefit would they have to kill Wimax? Well, other than to possibly promote their own upcoming 4G service maybe. The kicker though is, they're not the only ones with 4G. Even Sprint and AT&T has that now.

I think you may be a) overthinking the situation and/or b) purely speculating.

I think you may be (a) lacking the humor gene and/or (b) psychic. :p

Come on Raiden. Wimax is the only significant threat to LTE in the US. Killing competition at the outset is easier than actually competing.

I a) laugh when something is funny and b) call out speculation when the facts are known.

:p

Don't worry, I'm not quitting my day job. Unless of course there's a better offer... :D

lol. Sounds like a Microsoft tactic. We see something similar to that all the time in the FOSS world.
