n900 on craigslist for 370.. is it for real?

This popped up on craigslist today. I'm skeptical but what do you guys think? My only guesses are that it's either pre-release or someone managed to get one somehow.. The price makes me dubious.

I emailed anyway. The picture is from a pre-release review somewhere, so I guess we'll find out.

Right- more like 2 custom hankerchiefs- one for each eye as you sob yourself to sleep once you realize you've been had. (for those dumb enough to buy sight unseen)

He must not need the cash that badly since he's taking the day off to make the sale, rather than working it. And it's priced below what he could likely get for a legit piece of hardware assuming it's genuine and in working condition.

Why is it every other yet unreleased PDA/smartphone/high-end phone could typically be sold for 2x+ the retail price when offered before actual release dates and this guy wants less?

That's the bit that doesn't make sense. He's not asking for cash up front, he's asking when he should take a day off work to show it..
