Those with N900s from the Maemo conference...
...want to sell me your N900?
I know it's a cheek, but I'll pay lots (GBP750, $1,500) to jump the queue by a couple of weeks. I'm based in London, and am happy to Paypal or hand over physical cash. You can reach me at rcs1000 at gmail dot com Thanks Robert |

LOL, if the people who have them want to get future devices pre-production from Nokia--I highly doubt they'll sell you their N900. |

I know! But I can dream, right?

They can't sell it!
I would sell mine if you offers $1000000 |
Re: Those with N900s from the Maemo conference...
Assuming you're serious, you'll have a huge case of buyers remorse in a couple of weeks.

Re: Those with N900s from the Maemo conference...
I read that they don’t own the phone. They just have it for 6 months.
But I don’t know if that’s true. |
Re: Those with N900s from the Maemo conference...
Does Robert work in Nokia's counter-intelligence division, to shake out the rats that may want to leak products for a price? :D

Re: Those with N900s from the Maemo conference...
I don't work for Nokia, promise!
I got a taste for early purchases after picking up an E71 on eBay three weeks before its official release. I'd hoped someone would be flogging theirs... but alas. |
Re: Those with N900s from the Maemo conference...
I am in London, but definitely don't want to sell mine and wouldn't anyway because Nokia have specifically prohibited us from doing so! I'm sure you can go to the store in london on release day and buy one!

Re: Those with N900s from the Maemo conference...
The devices are on loan. Can't be sold. (would you sell something loaned to you?) Contracts were signed.

Re: Those with N900s from the Maemo conference...
If Nokia marketing gave the devices to them with a specific agenda for feedback, they will probably get to keep the phones- once the device launches. Marketing and R&D expense.
Then again, that usually does not happen unless the device is a bit longer before release. Sorry to get your hopes up ;) |
Re: Those with N900s from the Maemo conference...
Could someone sub-lease the phone. :D

Re: Those with N900s from the Maemo conference...
He wanted an N900, but instead I gave him a shiny N900-casing full of used pinball machine parts.
